I hope you are all doing fine, im starting to have more time to work in the projects as shit seems to be calming down around here. So yeah, it seems things are slowly starting to get better (finally). Anyway here are the cool things for this update.

So, what’s new?

New type of bindings: Rope tie!

I really have no idea how this should be called, so...yeah. If anyone knows how this is called, please tell me!

Door System 3.0:

I completely remade the door system, and now the doors will always open forwards, no matter the original direction of the room/door!. Also 2 seconds after the doors have been opened their colliders will shut down (so the player cannot get stuck in any way with doors). Great quality of life improvement here.

Optimized the dungeon system

I updated and included a new and optimized system for occlusion culling, which will massively boost performance on older PCs (in my pc it went from 114 to 156), but most important, it allowed my old notebook to run the game at 60 fps! (before it ran a 44)

Added the 7th Custom character slot.

This. The default character for this slot is a sexy goth chick who loves purple and black.

Buff Indicators

This feature was suggested by a player, and I tought it was a great idea, now you will see visual indicators for all buff and debuff that you have.

New Feature: Dirty talk!

Now when enemies grab you, they have a 30% chance (if enabled) to say some dirty things to you! This also happens when you cum or when your Willpowe reaches 0.

You can enable or disable this feature in the customization menu!

Also this feature is moddable. This means you can add your own lines to the dirty talk, or remove any line you don’t want!

The game includes a file on how to mod the dirty talk, but it is very simple.

This feature was made based on popular requests and suggestions!

New Feature: Keybinds!

A new system was added to the game that allows you to change the key bindings from the main menu. HOWEVER, I still haven’t found how to make it work with Axis, so you can change all the keys with the exception of the character movement keys, which are WSAD. Hopefully I will find how to do this before release.

Note: The default Cheat key has been changed from ; (Comma) to . (Period).

New Feature: Hide UI!

Similar as in KYFC you can hide and unhide UI by pressing the HIDE UI key. (Just porting an old feature in KYFC to DC)

New Feature: Enemy randomizer!

This new player suggested feature, seemed to crazy at the beggining but then I found a way to make it, and im loving it! Once enabled, this feature makes your enemies have random skin, hair, eye and lip (only in females) colors. It also randomizes the hair style and face style (as in lip size, nose style, etc).

This Feature is part of the new Tab [Extra] added to customization, which will include a bunch of cool features that will be unlocked once you completed the Story, however for you guys it is unlocked now ;).

Bug fixes

Some minor bug fixes, nothing too crazy or worth mentioning.

And that’s all I got for this update.

So, what happened with the big bug that sometimes still happens, and the camera improvement?

Well, I hired the wrong person. That’s it, I trusted in someone I shouldn’t have, and I had too much patience with him and his bullshit excuses. I initially believed that he had issues and stuff, like everyone else goes, so I didn’t wanna be the jerk boss who doesn’t treat people as humans and is constantly menacing people on firing them. Well, this is what I got, I of course fired him, and will never work with him again, but the 4 months of time wasted is something I won’t get back.

So sorry for the delay, I will start looking for someone who can actually fix and complete the stuff this guy failed to, and from now on I'm having 0 tolerance for excuses.

It’s kinda sad that out of 4 people working with me, I had to fire 2 of them for incompetence, but I guess this is why so many indie games never get finished.

On a brighter note, I have been progressing a lot this month with Project Nexus and it’s customization. I will be making a post in a few days with lots of spoilers and stuff.

This update is more focused on improvements and new features rather than content, but the next update will get back to the usual new sex moves to the game. Im very excited to see how the Dirty talk system work for you guys, and what lines you will add!
